January 28: The lab is awarded a pilot grant from the Mount Sinai Institute for Regenerative Medicine! We will study the role of the niche in neural stem cell quiescence.
January 5: The lab is awarded its first grant from the Mount Sinai Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center! We will study how the Alzheimer’s Disease risk allele Apoe4 impacts hippocampus development and neural stem cell function.
January 4: Yvonne starts as our inaugural DRS rotation student!
